Fall Yard Sale

Every year in the Fall, the fine citizens of Audubon prepare for winter hibernation by cleaning out their houses.

It's Yard Sale Time!

Over 100 households participated in our last two Town Wide Yard Sale events, and we anticipate even more this September!

Seller permit fee $10 - proceeds benefit Celebrate Audubon Committee for Audubon Day, the 4th of July Parade, and other events.

Free Yard Sale maps will be emailed out to everyone who
registers for one - we send them out on the Friday before the event by 2pm.

Permit info:
Audubon Borough ordinances require a permit for all yard sales. The permit fee is $10.

For the two annual Town Wide events, the borough allows the Audubon Celebration Committee to collect permit fees as a fundraiser for the events we organize throughout the year, including Audubon Day, the 4th of July parade, and our Halloween and Holiday decorating contests.

Register online: https://audubonyardsale.eventbrite.com
Online registration includes a payment administration fee of $2.24.

Register in person: Audubon Municipal Building, 606 W. Nicholson Rd, Audubon, NJ 08106
In person registrations can be paid in cash or by check and do not include an administration fee.
Click here for the printable permit application to complete and register in-person at Audubon's Municipal Building.

We do not issue paper permits any longer - we keep a record of all registrations and this master list is used by permit inspectors on the day. You will receive a receipt for any payments made online or in person and you should retain this as proof of payment.

We will promote the event through social media, all yard sale/garage sale websites, and by placing yard signs around town. Our volunteers work hard to make the event a success!

Participants can help promote the event by using the tag
#audubonyardsale on social, or tagging @audubon.acc - we will repost!
A great idea is to take photos of special items you will be selling, and post them on social media along with your street address.

The Audubon Celebration Committee greatly appreciates the participation of our townspeople!
